① Responsible for the operation and management of the company's fund products, familiar with the various business processes of the fund product life cycle from design to liquidation, including product design, registration, filing, redemption, valuation, information disclosure, property distribution and liquidation, etc.

② Responsible for the review and online review of fund products, including product transaction structure, product risk rating, risk control measures and compliance and legality of core transaction documents (including fund contracts, prospectuses, various agreements, etc.)

③ Responsible for docking with institutions such as fund custody, sales and outsourcing services, and conducting data verification, document review, and fund allocation with the above-mentioned cooperative institutions

④ Responsible for the filing and disclosure of manager and fund product information and other related work, and maintain good communication with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the AMAC

⑤ Formulate and implement the internal control system, rules and regulations, and business processes for fund product operation, and continue to put forward reasonable suggestions on the fund operation process and business system, and promote and optimize relevant links

⑥ Actively understand the relevant trends of industry supervision, continuously track relevant laws and regulations, ensure that relevant work meets regulatory requirements, and avoid operational risks and compliance risks.

① 985/211 Bachelor degree or above in law or finance, with a background in studying abroad is preferred

② More than 3 years of experience in fund operation and management of securities, funds or well-known private equity companies, familiar with the operation process of securities funds and equity funds, those with qualification certificates such as risk managers, certified public accountants, auditors, or legal work experience in financial institutions are preferred

③ Familiar with the regulations, policies and regulatory requirements involved in the field of fund investment

④ Strict logic, rigorous and pragmatic, and strong awareness of risk management

⑤ Possess a qualification certificate for securities and funds.
