① Independently responsible for the in-depth research and continuous tracking of the fundamentals of the research industry and its industrial chain, and the collection of industry market segment information

② Prospectively explore investment opportunities in the industry; regularly maintain and track relevant company data in the stock pool, write investment memoranda, and provide fund managers with suggestions for investment decisions

③ Independently explore major individual stock investment opportunities, and conduct all-round in-depth research and tracking

④ Establish and maintain industry network resources, including sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, industry experts and industry chain professionals, etc.

⑤ Industry requirements: (with relevant experience in relevant sub-fields)

① Must have great interest and curiosity in securities research, be proficient in EXCEL (function, data analysis application), and be sensitive to data

② Master’s degree or above, with a combined background in science and finance is preferred; those with a bachelor’s degree but excellent conditions can also be considered

③ 3 years or more of relevant industry research experience is preferred

④ Have solid economic knowledge and financial theory, be familiar with commonly used valuation models, have CFA, CPA qualification certificate or pass the securities qualification examination is preferred

⑤ Have strong logical thinking ability, language expression ability and judgment ability, data processing and writing ability; can adapt to high-intensity work
