④ Responsible for organizing personnel recruitment, performance, compensation, talent development and training, employee relations, etc.
⑤ Identify and analyze the current organizational inefficiencies and areas that can be optimized, and promote and supervise the implementation and implementation of the established performance goals
⑥ Carry out performance appraisal as the standard for management incentives. ① Bachelor degree or above, major in law, human resources, undergraduate or graduate from 211 or 985 colleges
