① Responsible for the establishment, modification, filing, account opening and other matters of private equity fund products

② Connect with securities companies, banks and other custodian institutions, implement various matters in the fund establishment and operation process, and do a good job in the communication of product contracts and capital transactions

③ Responsible for the external disclosure of fund information and other matters, and handle the subscription, redemption and fund liquidation business of private equity fund investors

④ Responsible for the maintenance and disclosure of the net value of fund products, and the compliance of fund operations

⑤ Assist in the daily operation data collation of operating products, and conduct preliminary analysis of the data

⑥ Responsible for the management of product data and contract data files, and fill in the monthly, quarterly and annual reports of fund operation, etc.

⑦ Responsible for maintaining good communication with all relevant departments and promoting the smooth implementation of goals.

① Bachelor degree or above, majors in finance and finance are preferred

② Be proficient in using various office software and have certain graphic editing and writing skills

③ Work diligently and practically, with strong professionalism and excellent learning ability
