① Bachelor degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, majors in finance, economics, etc.

② More than 5 years of work experience, including 3 years or more of sales/market-related experience in financial institutions such as banks, securities companies, public/private funds, trusts, etc.

③ Individuals have good actual sales performance, and those with high net worth customers or corporate customer resources are preferred

④ Good at listening, like to deal with people, practical, pay attention to teamwork, willing to grow with the company

⑤ Have strong subjective initiative, learning ability, and ability to withstand pressure, and can adapt to the business travel arrangements required by the company

⑥ Those with a fund qualification certificate are preferred.
